The Foundation
We begin by taking an exact impression of your eye socket using medical-grade alginate. This ensures a flawless, comfortable fit that moves naturally with your tissues.
The Iris
Using high-quality dry pigments, the iris is painted layer by layer. We match the intricate stroma patterns, collarette, and limbal ring while you sit with us, ensuring a perfect color match under natural light.
The Sclera & Veins
The 'white' of the eye is never purely white. We carefully tint the sclera and apply fine cotton threads to replicate your exact vascular pattern, bringing true vitality to the piece.
Final Cure
The completed piece is encased in clear, medical-grade acrylic and cured under pressure. It is then extensively polished to a glass-like finish for ultimate comfort.
