Your consultation is a relaxed, one-to-one appointment with Lorna at our Marylebone clinic. There's no clinical procedure at this stage. It's a conversation about your situation, your needs, and what the process looks like for you specifically.
The appointment typically lasts around an hour. You'll leave with a clear understanding of the steps ahead, the timeline, and what to expect at each stage. If you decide Kind Eyes is right for you, we'll book your next appointment before you leave. If you'd like time to think, that's completely fine.
No referral needed
You can book directly whether you've been referred by a surgeon, are switching from another ocularist, or are exploring your options for the first time.

What to bring
Any referral letters or clinical notes from your surgeon or ophthalmologist, if you have them. If you don't, that's absolutely fine. If you currently wear a prosthesis, wear it to the appointment so Lorna can assess the fit.
